How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes—if the item is in stock, we’re happy to process an exchange. Contact us to get started.

Where are you located?

Our main store is at 237 Blaine St., Missoula, MT.

What are your store hours?

Monday–Saturday: 9 AM – 9 PM

Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available both in-store and online.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We do our best to keep all of our products in stock however depending on our distributors some products may become discontinued. If you're looking for something and don't see it available online please use our contact page and we'll do our best to find what you're looking for!

Do you sell Rockin Rudy’s apparel?

Yes—we’ve got hoodies, tees, and other official Rudy’s gear in the Rockin Rudy’s Collection.

What is your Store Wide Sale policy?

Online: 25% Off everything excluding Gift Cards and Music. Discount applied at checkout. Music orders will receive a 10% discount using the code available at checkout
